This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Instajob Work LLC ("Instajob," "Sponsor," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of participants ("you") in the INSTAJOB TESLA GIVEAWAY 2026 sweepstakes (the "Promotion"), including the official campaign website and any associated registration channels. The Promotion Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 AM EST on August 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on February 15, 2027, with the random drawing on or about March 1, 2027.

This Policy is referenced by the Promotion's Official Sweepstakes Rules (Section 10 — Privacy). In the event of a conflict specifically concerning administration of the Promotion, the Official Rules govern; for all other privacy matters, this Policy governs.

• Government-issued identification and other verification documents
• Taxpayer identification number and applicable tax forms (e.g., W-9, 1099), where required by U.S. law

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of participating in the Promotion; participants who do not wish to provide this consent may register using the Alternate Method of Entry (mail-in postcard) described in the Official Rules (Section 3).

We will send transactional emails necessary to administer the Promotion (confirmations, winner notifications). Marketing emails will only be sent with your express consent and will always include: clear sender identification, a valid physical mailing address for Instajob, and a simple unsubscribe mechanism, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — hosting, email, SMS, analytics, payment processing, and fraud-prevention providers, under contract and limited to the stated purpose;
• Regulatory authorities — including mandatory filing with FDACS and other competent governmental agencies, as required by the Official Rules and Florida law;
• Winner disclosure — the winner's name and location (city/state) may be disclosed for regulatory compliance and Promotion publicity purposes, as provided in the Official Rules (Sections 6, 8 and 12);

• Corporate reorganization — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the protections of this Policy.

We retain your information for the duration of the Promotion and for up to five (5) years after its conclusion, for legal, tax, and audit purposes, consistent with the Official Rules and applicable recordkeeping requirements (including the winner-list period described in Section 12). Once the applicable retention period expires, data will be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on the official campaign website. Under certain U.S. state laws (e.g., CPRA), use of these tools for targeted advertising purposes may be considered "sharing" of personal information. You may opt out of this sharing at any time through the cookie preferences banner displayed on the site or by submitting a request to the email address listed in Section 10.3.

The Promotion is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
